On Monday, November 28, 2022, Mind Games Fragrances hosted an intimate dinner to commemorate the launch of its first fragrance collection and its first home in the luxury North American store, Neiman Marcus.
Founded on the ethos of character, skill, and intellect, it was only fitting that the guest list saw some of New York’s finest creators and editors. Guests, including Alexander Julian Gibson, Ben Brewster, Candace Marie, Ryan Clark, Alioune Fall, and Jerome Lamar, all showed up to toast to the varied collection of sustainably sourced and produced fragrances.
Nestled in the hub of Park Avenue South, guests were welcomed comfortably in an elegant private dining room at Oceans. At first sight, it was cocktails, champagne, and an on-screen visual exploring the DNA of the collection: two chess players with masterful game plans that take both players by surprise in a calculating, seductive and passionate approach.
Guests could experience the collection and immerse themselves with help from a flower installation by Floral Design and Botanical Sculpture Design studio, Rosalila, offering a particular warmness and overall festive aura for an impactful and immersive sensory experience unlike any other.
The fashionable and fragrance-loving guest list included the Founder and CEO of the fragrance group, Alex Shalbaf, and Perfumer Christelle Laprade. In their speeches celebrating the brand's milestones, both stressed the importance of leading by example with a commitment to protecting the environment, reducing waste, and propelling an equitable society.
Photographer Shane Drummond was there to capture the evening - inside the dinner below.
