Every year, a selection of adorned interior designers and architects from all over the world are recruited to participate in one of the most sought after showcases in New York City, The Kips Bay Decorator Show House. Originally established in the early 70s as a way to raise money for after school activities for the students and children of New York, the show has since evolved into a pinnacle of recognition for some of the most talented tastemakers around.
This year, a total of 23 designers were chosen to redesign a 22,000 square foot residence on the Upper East Side where the show is hosted. From the exuberance and maximalist nature of designers like Cullman & Kravis to the majestic cleanliness of Jeff Lincoln, believe us when we say we are thirsting for an interior makeover.
Located at 36-38 East 74th Street, The residence is open for public viewing through May 30, 2019.
