Why do you keep coming back to Saraghina?

Hands down, what I love the most about this spot is the atmosphere. Saraghina has done well to have cultivated a seductive, yet laid back and rustic environment. Service can be a little slow but don’t let that turn you away. This is the perfect pick for a day when you’re not in a hurry; breathe, grab a drink, and relax. I promise you the food will come and it will be well worth the wait.

What’s their best dish?

This place is definitely known for its brick oven pizza. When giving a recommendation Im always quick to share that I’m partial to their Pizza Bufala or Coppa Carciofi.

Go to drink order ?

In the spirit of ‘forever spring and summer’ get a Spritz (with Campari). It’s always 5 o’clock somewhere, right?

Any tips for getting a reservation?

No reservations, mi dispiace. However, there are two bar areas in the restaurant for you to enjoy a drink while you wait for your table. If there’s no space, then hop on over to Bar LunÀtico for a quick drink and live music; it’s three seconds down the street and a great place to start or end your night.

What’s the best time of day to go here?

Roughly as the sun sets. At this time, the servers are walking around lighting candles and the mood is already set for a romantic dinner date or an intimate time with a friend.
