The BOSS Fall/Winter 2019 Runway Show: Men's Edit

“Contemporary Sophistication” - perhaps, the most spot on way to describe Ingo Wilts’ frame of reference for BOSS’ Fall/Winter 19 collection. His runway show, set on the main grounds of Basketball City in downtown Manhattan exhibited this alluring character that the BOSS brand has familiarized admirers with.
These light toned clothes are made for cosmopolitan, and self composed men, and of course it reads accordingly. It’s safe to categorize the selection of the brand’s Fall/Winter 19 clothing under modern day essential wear in its entirety, beginning with the flawlessly crafted double breasted camel coat. For this standout number, Wilts added belting to the wrists of what seemed to read as a luxurious cashmere wool fabric and its cut was presented practically.
More updates on Wilts’ version of finesse with a fresh faced edge came in altered silhouette styles featured on relaxed suiting and outwear in shearling, and alpaca wool. The monochrome styling of the collection underlined the personation of a man who enjoys somewhat of a uniform wardrobe with elements of playfulness to it, hence the introduction of the bold pop of pink featured towards the end of what would have otherwise been a neutral collection. A risky contrast play gamble, but it was one that was successfully desirable.
To that end, it is fairly easy to notice an elevated selection of clothing created in the stylishly wearable fashion that BOSS has capitalized on these last few seasons making way for both sporty, and tailored looks to coexist.
