On the evening of Saturday, June 24, 2023, a captivating dream unfolded at Wölffer Estate Vineyard, as Joey Wölffer, Marc Wölffer, and Roman Roth orchestrated a whimsical gathering to honor the vineyard's extraordinary 35th anniversary. It was an ethereal affair leaving guests spellbound by the enchantment that embraced them.
Stepping onto the vineyard grounds, guests were immediately transported into a world straight out of a fairy tale. A breathtaking sight awaited them—a mesmerizing floral display, brimming with vibrant colors and delicate petals, evoking the essence of Wölffer Estate's iconic Summer in a Bottle Rosé. It was as if Mother Nature herself had sprinkled her magic across the landscape, setting the stage for a one of a kind dining experience.
The festivities commenced on the Tasting Room Terrace, where time seemed to stand still. A warm breeze carried the melodious notes of laughter and conversation as guests indulged in the celestial ambiance. They were offered a taste of the vineyard's celestial 2000 vintage, a nectar that whispered secrets from the past, infusing the night with an aura of mystery and nostalgia.
As twilight painted the sky with hues of purple and gold, a feast for the senses awaited on the vineyard's lush lawn. The meticulously curated seasonal menu materialized, an edible masterpiece that celebrated the harmony between the land and the sea.
Elijah Daunte, Brian Burns, Casey Fremont and a constellation of other notable personalities illuminated the night with their presence.
As the moon ascended to its zenith, the festivities wove their way into the heart of the vineyard—the Wine Cellar revealing a hidden trove of delectable desserts that seemed plucked from the dreams of a pastry chef. Amidst this confectionery wonderland, the tantalizing beats of a DJ set by Tokyo Rose beckoned guests to lose themselves in a fantastical dance, surrendering to the rhythm of the night.
